Have you ever felt like your body or brain are holding you back or working against you?

... I can totally relate

ADHD coaching, Johanna Habicht

For years, I felt like I had endless energy until it all came crashing down and I no longer felt like myself. Looking back, I can see that my body had been trying to tell me something all along: to slow down and really consider what mattered. But if you've got ADHD brain (and that moment it was also undiagnosed), then slowing down feels impossible.

That’s why I care so deeply about coaching others. I believe that we have all the answers within us, but often we struggle to find the necessary resources (energy/time/focus) to really listen.

So this is where coaching comes in - I want to support you in living a life that’s authentic to you, so you don't constantly feel burnt out, overwhelmed or held down by chronic symptoms. And you can just enjoy your life and feel like your brain and body are not holding you back.

My experience

I’ve navigated my own journey with burnout, chronic pain, long covid and trying to find my own way back to having energy and figuring out who I am under all the masks. I also have ADHD and know what it's like to have a brain that runs 1000 thoughts at the same time. I bring both personal insight and professional knowledge to my coaching work. My approach blends science and curiosity, supporting you to create simple, sustainable changes that truly fit your life.

I am really curious and love to constantly learn new things, not just from books and courses, but also from the individuals I work with. This ongoing learning helps me grow and adapt my approach, making sure it’s always relevant and personalised to you to support you in building changes and healthy habits.

And I don’t mean ‘do these 5 things and then you’ll have lots of energy.’ No! Those things don’t last as often they are not built with you as an individual in mind. You are your own person, and everyone needs personalised routines! This is what we work on together.

Some (maybe interesting) things about me

  • I've grown up in Estonia, but have lived in the UK for the last 13 years.

  • I live a fully nomadic life looking after people's pets (mainly cats and dogs).

  • I always kind of knew I have ADHD (as I studied Neuroscience and had done the questionnaires many times during my studies), but got my diagnosis at 28.

  • I worked in research for many years (and still do in small capacity) as I love the curiosity and logic that I can use, but I really missed working individually with people, so that's why I love coaching and supporting individuals.

Well worth the investment. Johanna is authentic, passionate about what she does, knowledgable and a wonderful coach. You will feel heard and encouraged.
